John Wallace - Chairman
John brings nearly 30 years of IT leadership in Europe and as a qualified banker, had overall responsibility for Information Technology across the NatWest Group for 8 years.
More recently John was founder and Executive Chairman of CIO Connect Limited; the premier UK organisation addressing the issues and interests of CIOs and senior IT executives. A highly successful and respected organisation, he left in 2005 having sold the Company to NCC. As a well-known figure in the IT industry John is currently involved with a number of companies in various capacities - director, chairman and advisor. Until recently John was the Hon Treasurer of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists.

Chris Hughes - Founder
Chris co-founded OdX in 2007. Throughout his career Chris has specialised in the finance and IT sectors and in particular in broad marketing roles ranging from strategy development, proposition and product development through to sales and marketing communications for large multi-national organisations.
Chris has held Global VP & Director roles for organisations such as NCR & BT - responsible for all aspects of marketing, product management and deployment of ATM and Kiosk technologies around the world. Chris has travelled extensively during his career. He has a wealth of experience in conference speaking, press and television interviews on topics such IT Innovation.

Mike Kavanagh - Business Development Associate
Mike has worked in the IT industry for over 2 decades, working as a freelance consultant in a number of
business sectors including: the media, financial services, oil to name a few.
More recently he has been focussing on sales business development in digital media.” Mike holds a Phd in engineering.

Derek Mottershead - Business Advisor
Derek is a business advisor to OdX and sponsors programmes into key sectors such as the UK and European Franchise market and Retail. Derek was previously Managing Director Bang and Olufsen in Western Europe, and Managing Director of Prontaprint and Chairman of the British Franchise Association. Derek holds several Chairman and non-exec positions and also has affiliations with Bucks New University is a business mentor. Derek advises companies on business and marketing strategy.

Peter was previously lead sales training manager at Canon UK.
Peter also runs motivational sales training events and is known for his unique style of sales motivation and training, often leads sessions in large conferences.

Prem holds a doctorate in software engineering, is a visiting lecturer at Bucks New University.
